The latest arrival, TLIX is the revolutionary innovation developed by DPS Solving for laying plank and multiformat raised floors.
TLIX enables metal substructures to be laid with great ease, precision, speed and the maximum freedom in configuring the metal joists, in support of the surface finish, leaving you free to choose both the dimensions and material.
TLIX is a polypropylene joint designed to connect the Rail beams with any orthogonal cross configuration. Indeed, TLIX is able to unite beams in T, L, I and X configurations, securing them together to create a stable framework with a constant pitch.
With the new TLIX connection joint, the geometry of the metal substructure can be manoeuvred in complete freedom, creating the framework that best fits the form of the tiles, without any limits in the combination between the different layouts, saving on installation times even when dealing with finishes with a plank formation.
The TLIX connection joints offer a constant pitch to the beams, which remain in the chosen position whilst speeding up installation, without moving closer to or further away from each other.
TLIX is available in two sizes, for 50×25 mm and 60×30 mm beams. TLIX is equipped with hooks on 4 sides, designed to support the Rail beams and join them orthogonally in any of the four modes mentioned.
TLIX thus unites all the connection options that could be required during installation in a single product, optimising warehouse management and simplifying the supply methods, with a single solution that prevents having to purchase four different items.
